3 weeks since my last drink and the mind is 100% moving forward, clear thinking better focus and working things out better in general. the audible books have been a great investment. I’m now onto INDISTRACTABLE for some proper structure for my days over a todo lists.
Alcohol doesn’t work for me however little or however much control you put in place, I always end up slipping back to more than I needed and 2 day hangovers in the mind turn into weeks of bad performance and low energy levels. I’m starting to feel the rewards again for a good eating habits and less toxins entering the body.
