It seems November and the icey weather triggers the trial running season, my strava tells me as my pb was set 3 years ago today (30th) on the canal path !
Rather than completely break down with a calf injury for the 4th or 5th time and quit I’m following c25k app and doing some walking with running and building up slowly ! Along with some jump rope #Skipping were going to break this and enjoy running again !!!
No 7 min miles yet not even 10 🙂 slow and steady wins the race to shed the excess chub
