Goals and changes for 2016

Putting things in place even if they all don’t become reality 🙂

Goal 1 – take advice I’m a coach so get some coaching yourself #ItWorks #GOLF

Goal 2- take control #Eating #PortionControl

Goal 3 – Do your own training, your plan not everyone else’s plan #BestOption

Goal 4 – cut down on hot drinks, get control of your addiction #Coffee even decaff in take

Goal 5 – get as low as you can and don’t put pressure on yourself or set a #GOAL 🙂 let it happen

Goal 6 – Choose your own mental state / mood – put things to bed FAST !!

Goal 7 – Keep being open, problem shared problem halved

Goal 8 – Stop being tight, you have the money within reason, spend it on things that help and you enjoy #BigBurden

2016 is going to be the best year to date ! keep smiling and be positive
