As the tittle says over thinking everything and turning everything into an issue / problem.
What’s the cure ? is there a cure ?
I’ve scanned about for some clues and I’m going to put this right if possible.
- The worst over thinkers actually spend time overthinking seemingly meaningless things to the point that they’ve spent more time thinking about the thing than the time it would have taken to address it completely.
- over thinkers are more prone to sustained sadness and negative thinking
- over thinking has actually been shown to impair problem solving and rational thought

I have a beautiful family and pretty easy going lifestyle with no real drama, so why do I make so much stress for myself ?? believe sometimes I’m an attention seeker maybe ? or just lost ? no goals (that’s for sure) other than chucking away what I’ve already achieved !
