Write it down be a DO-ER rather than a talker !!!!!!

Less talk more action for 2015, no more excuses and remove people who constantly live with excuses.

January hit list

No more CAKE “sorry cafe stop” its got to go (spend the money on gels / bars for recovery etc)

No more sweets “humbugs be gone” chocolate lasts about 2 seconds and offers nothing for hunger pains ???

Morning coffee only and the odd decaf tea / green tea (not sure I can do green tea, so that’s a trial only)

get back on plan “Allen Carr plan”

Eat more fruit replace fruit with everything you shouldn’t be eating “masterplan” carb up

1000 cycling miles in a calendar month (ideally a 5 week month 👅)

Do more & do more hills / trips plan #Aproject ?????👍

NO PRESSURE THIS IS GOING TO BE EASY AS ITS ALL SH$T ANYWAY, YOU DON’T NEED IT !!!!!!
