Healthy eating & recovery

Need to start writing down a decent eating plan mainly for recovery after 3-4hr rides and longer, one thing I’ve noticed is that if I eat my full calories the previous day my rides are stronger. So I must be struggling or lacking calories on the bad rides.

Oh and I invested in a foam roller for those tight IT bands a good £20 spent
