Its getting harder and a little at a time the stomach area is reducing, see the photo’s below

2014 another reduction in alcohol consumption continue with myfitnesspal app for calorie control and keep going, its working and with time the love handles and stomach fat will disapear I hope.

next mission MAYBE is to eat more plant based meals cut out the crap but not go fully vegan

Dec 2014 we start again another year to SIX PACK 🙂
