Really need to get fit and get some mental strength sorted on the bike

Well 29th September 2012 – im again going for the fitness build up, 3 weeks since the antibiotics finished ive not felt strong enough when riding some good efforts, a proper diet and breakdown on the food side no beer / wine for a while (back from holiday last week drank 2 bottles a day bad news)

so ive just hit the 2615 miles for the year id like to get 3500 for the season that would be a good effort with 3 months to go and id guess the weather is about to get worse (did we get a summer)

onwards to fitness heaven

 

sacrifice thats the word team sky keep using best stick with it !!
