Biking food, drinks & additional suppliments / cooking

Ok best start writing some things down, i currently into porridge before i ride normally eaten 2hrs prior to my ride and one cup of coffee (im trying to cut tea and coffee out, drink to much) i like boiled eggs link here to Heston’s perfect boiled eggs here

on the porridge side i cheat and use the oats so simple by quakers golden syrup version very nice,  my drinks are spiked with dextrose monohydrate pure, Berroca (1 tablet, Orange flavour effervescent) pinch of salt and cordial for taste not much tho

weather is top lately except for the strong winds, best shut up and go riding 🙂
